Billing details
Standard is charged immediately and renews monthly. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 30 days, cancel anytime; access continues through your paid billing period with no partial refund or further renewal. See the purchase page for cancellation details. Pay by credit/debit card or U.S. bank account. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Application access is arranged during onboarding.

Do I need an agency management system?
No. Standard works with manual statement uploads. Upload a CSV, Excel file, or PDF from the carrier. There is no template to fill in.
When will the QQ Catalyst integration be available?
It is coming soon. Plus signup will open when the integration is available to clients.
How are payments handled?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card and bank account details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by EZ Commissions.
