Standard is available now with manual statement uploads. Upload a CSV, Excel file, or PDF from the carrier. There is no template to fill in. EZ Commissions identifies the policy number, insured, effective date, premium, and commission. If the layout is new, our team maps it for you.
Each line is checked against your book using the policy number, effective date, line of business, and premium. When one policy fits, the line is matched. A confidence score helps you see which matches deserve another look. Unmatched lines are flagged with the reason, so you can focus on resolving them.
QQ Catalyst integration — coming soon
The upcoming QQ Catalyst integration will connect your agency's book of business with EZ Commissions' reconciliation workflow. It will streamline reconciliation by helping your team eliminate time spent importing or manually entering data.

What it looked like at our founder's agency
At our founder's agency, commission processing went from about 80 hours to about four hours using EZ Commissions and an internal QQ Catalyst integration. This integration is not yet available to clients.
