EZ Commissions — Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern use of EZ Commissions by an insurance agency or other business customer. The service is provided by EZ Commissions, LLC, at the business address above. By accepting these terms on behalf of an agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that agency and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Service
EZ Commissions provides commission statement processing, reconciliation, policy matching, and exception review. Standard supports manual statement uploads. QQ Catalyst integration and the Plus plan are coming soon and are not included in the currently available Standard subscription. Features identified as coming soon are not a commitment to a particular release date.
You remain responsible for reviewing results, resolving exceptions, and verifying financial records before relying on them. Processing results depend on the completeness and accuracy of your source data. Reported processing-time examples are not guarantees for your agency.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Use the service only for your authorized business activities. Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Two-factor authentication is required. Do not attempt to access another agency's information, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.
4. Agency data
Your agency retains its rights in the data it supplies. You confirm that you are authorized to upload and process that data. You permit EZ Commissions to process it as necessary to provide and support the service. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for commission processing.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle agency and insured information, including service providers, access, retention, deletion, and privacy requests. Contact sales@ezcommissions.io with questions before uploading agency information or closing your account.
5. Standard subscription and payment
Standard costs $250 per month, plus applicable taxes. Payment is collected immediately at signup and renews automatically each month until canceled. This is a paid subscription with a 30-day money-back guarantee, not a free trial. Stripe processes payments.
6. First 30 days: money-back guarantee
Cancel within 30 days of your first subscription payment for immediate cancellation and a full refund of that payment. No advance notice is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; financial institutions may take additional time to post funds. Mandatory statutory rights are preserved.
7. Cancellation after 30 days
After the first 30 days, cancel anytime without advance notice. There are no partial refunds. Access continues through the current paid billing period, after which the subscription ends without renewal or further monthly subscription charges. Email sales@ezcommissions.io with your agency name and account email to request cancellation or a refund. We will confirm the date your access ends.
8. Demo access
The self-guided demonstration is separate from the paid Standard subscription and lasts 48 hours. It uses a private copy of sample data. The demo workspace is removed after that period and the contact request is retained. Do not enter live client information in the demo.
9. Availability and support
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact the published support address for assistance. No specific uptime or response-time commitment is made unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Intellectual property
EZ Commissions retains its rights in the software, branding, and documentation. While your account is active and you comply with these terms, you may use the service for your agency's internal business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the software or your agency's data.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, or overdue payment. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Account termination does not remove refund rights or other obligations that apply under these terms or applicable law.
12. Changes and applicable law
Material changes to subscription prices or these terms will be disclosed before they apply. Changes will not retroactively reduce an existing refund entitlement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
